The healing Gardens
The project

Healing is cultivated, like a garden, day after day

It is a life path — sometimes thorny, woven with shadows and light. This project was born to accompany that path: clearing the mind, softening the gaze, moving forward with greater presence and gentleness.

It all began with a dream: to create a nourishing forest‑garden in the heart of the baobab forest, to live in harmony with the elements, in joyful and simple autonomy. For our deepest wound often comes from our disconnection from the Earth.

On 3,200 m², in the heart of the Petite Côte, near the Somone lagoon, I am currently building The Healing Gardens: a community sanctuary dedicated to holistic healing and reconnection with nature. Accommodation in the wild, therapeutic stays, immersive retreats, healthy local food, mindfulness practices, rituals, and yoga will all find their place here.

Because this project carries a deeply communal spirit, I invite you to take part through participatory workshops, helping hands in the garden, or support in the building process. Together, we will bring this sanctuary of peace and transformation to life.

My intention is simple and sacred: to create spaces — permanent or ephemeral — where you can (re)find yourself, more aware, more balanced, more free, more connected to yourself, to others, and to the living world that flows through us.

Whether you come for a visit, a workshop, a retreat, or to contribute to the birth of The Healing Gardens, you are warmly welcome.

With gratitude and an open heart.

Shanti Deva
