My Approach

A holistic and living therapy

My practice is rooted in a global vision of the human being: body, emotions, mind, energy, and our connection to the living world. Healing does not rely solely on words — it emerges from the meeting and harmonization of all these dimensions.

Trained in clinical psychology at the University of Strasbourg, with additional specialized training in art therapy in Brussels (in collaboration with the Art Therapy School of Tours), and currently completing holistic therapist training at the School of Tantra, I have developed an integrative approach that weaves together:

  • Sensitive and relational psychotherapy
  • Mind‑body and energy practices
  • Art therapy and creative expression as tools for transformation
  • Kundalini Yoga, mindfulness, and Tantric teachings

I have a particular interest in psychotrauma, and I continue to train and explore effective pathways to support those who suffer from it. The body lies at the center of my work: where traumatic memory is stored, it is also through the body that liberation can unfold.

As both an artist (visual arts, slam, performance, music) and a therapist, I spent years seeking to reconcile these two paths. Tantra revealed to me that they are, in truth, one and the same. Today, I bring creativity, ritual, movement, and poetic metaphor into the therapeutic space.

I am committed to a decolonized approach to therapy. I honor ancestral knowledge and recognize myself in the figure of the modern healer or contemporary shaman — one who uses dance, rhythm, poetic imagery, and altered states of consciousness to guide souls toward their own light. My role is not to “heal” in someone’s place, but to create a sacred space where each person can reconnect with their inner power and their own wisdom.

My work is an invitation to reconciliation — between body and mind, old and new, the individual and the collective.
